Bootsie Snootie is one of the two Snootie children, along with Ootsie. The two are almost never seen without each other and may be twins. Like her brother, Bootsie can be rather stuck up. Nevertheless, she can also be a good friend to everyone in Lake Hoohaw when she wants to and really just wants to have fun like the other kids. She often completes sentences in tandem with her brother. Since their parents are rich, she and her brother always have the latest toys, but often grow bored with them.
