After Wendy, John, Michael, and the Lost Boys are captured by Hook's crew and carried off to the Jolly Roger, Captain Hook lowers the bomb concealed as a gift from Wendy into Peter's hideout as his ultimate revenge against him and keeping his word not to lay a finger (or hook) on Peter. Back on the Jolly Roger, the Darling children and the Lost Boys are given the choice of becoming pirates or walking the plank. Wendy convinces the boys to refuse the offer, in high hopes that Peter will save them. Meanwhile, Hook reveals his plot to plant a bomb in Peter's hideout, disguised as a gift from Wendy. When Tinker Bell hears this, she breaks free of her trap and heads for Hangman's Tree. There, she tries to warn Peter, but he brushes her claims off as nonsense. The bomb begins to ring rapidly, ready to explode, but she takes it away from him and sacrifices herself. In the rubble of Hangman's Tree, Peter is safe, but Tinker Bell is fatally injured. He restores her life by telling her just how much she means to him. With Tinker Bell saved, Peter heads to the Jolly Roger to rescue his friends.
The bomb appears in the series finale "Flying Dupes". Baloo is tasked to deliver a package to the Thembrian High Marshall, unaware that it contains a bomb.
