William Regan Timoney (born March 5, 1958) is an American actor, voice actor, director, script writer, and producer who is best known for his roles such as Alfred Vanderpool in All My Children, Professor Sorell in Sea of Dust, and Astronaut Pete Baker in Rocket's Red Glare. He is also best known for voicing various characters in anime series such as Pokémon, Genshiken, Gravitation, Here is Greenwood, Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny, and various others.

His only known Disney role is providing the voice of the spaceship computer in the 2000 Touchstone Pictures sci-fi film, Mission to Mars.
