Bernard Fox (born Bernard Lawson; May 11, 1927) is a Welsh actor who provided the voice of the Chairmouse in The Rescuers (1977) and its sequel The Rescuers Down Under (1990). He even played the role of Max in Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo (1977).
