Beebe Bluff is a purple-skinned girl with red hair from both versions of the series Doug. She is the daughter of Bill Bluff (the richest man in Bluffington) and his wife and Patti's best friend. The middle school that the kids start attending in the Disney series was named after her. In both series, she was voiced by the late Alice Playten. In fact, she and the character Elmo in Doug's 1st Movie were the last roles Playten played before she presumably retired or quit and later she died in 2011.
