How the Beast costumes have changed over the years in the Disney parks and various Disney On Ice shows.
November 1991-Present: The Beast costume seen in the Disney parks since the film's release.
May 2016-Present: The Beast gets a drastic change. He has a happier look, his head is smaller for the performer to nod properly, his fur is darker, his ears are smaller, his fangs are longer, his body is slimmer, and his coat is royal blue and has golden designs on his collar. This costume is currently used in the Disney Cruise Line ships.
September 2016 - present: The Beast's heads looks similar to the one in the cruises, but has a slightly different head shape and his mouth is closed, only to show his fangs.
Disney on Ice, 1992-2000: This Beast costume's face looked vicious, the button of his cape had a ruby and no claws on his feet.
Disney on Ice, 1999-present: This Beast costume looks more like the animated version of the character. He doesn't look as scary, the button of his cape is gold and his feet have claws.
Disney On Ice, 2012-present: This version of the Beast is an alternate lighter costume only used in Magical Ice Festival (previously known as Rockin' Ever After)
