Baron Blitz is one of the recurring villains of Teamo Supremo, and notably the first villain the series' titular characters ever went up against. He is a short, Napoleonic dictator with blue skin and a German accent who frequently schemes to take over the state.

His skin color suggests either a lab accident or that he comes from another planet; however, his origins are never explained. Blitz has usually made attempts to take over the State by stealing money in order to gain power. More recently, though, he has upgraded his goal to world domination, which he has yet to do because of his continuous losses to Teamo. His minions usually consist of wax statues which he has brought to life by use of remote control, but he has also included bronze football players and audio-animatronics in his repertoire of pawns made from inanimate objects.
