April Winchell (born January 4, 1960) is an American voice actress who has done several voices at Disney, including the current voice of Clarabelle Cow.

She is the daughter of the late Paul Winchell.

She will also voice Sylvia on the upcoming Disney Channel animated show Wander Over Yonder.
