Alyssa Jayne Milano (born December 19, 1972) is an American actress, producer and former singer who is best known for her role as Phoebe Halliwell on The WB television series Charmed from 1998 to 2006 and Savannah Davis on the ABC drama series Mistresses from 2013 to 2014.
She voiced Angel in Disney's 2001 direct-to-video film Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure, and voiced Scarlett Rosetti in the Disney XD animated series Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil. She also was inspiration for Ariel on the 1989 Disney animated film The Little Mermaid.
