Aliki Theofilopoulos Grafft is an American storyboard artist, writer and voice actress who voices Mandy on the Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb and served as the rough inbetweener for several Disney films, including Hercules, Mulan, Tarzan, Fantasia 2000, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Treasure Planet, and Home on the Range. She also appears briefly in the song We Are the Moms in the Phineas and Ferb episode "The Mom Attractor". She co-wrote, storyboarded, and was one of the voices on the Mickey Short, Eau de Minnie. She also works on the animated miniseries Descendants: Wicked World.
