Adrienne Eliza Bailon (born October 24, 1983) is an American actress, singer-songwriter, dancer, and television personality, most renowned for her role as Chanel Simmons in the popular Disney Channel film series, The Cheetah Girls, and for being one of the three members of the former music group of the same name.

The success of this film led to the release of two sequels, the first in 2006 and the final in 2008, in all of which Bailon reprises her role as Simmons.
In 2005, Bailon served as a lead singer, songwriter, and dancer of the girl group entitled The Cheetah Girls. Inspired by the film series of the same name, Bailon performed alongside Cheetah Girls co-stars, Sabrina Bryan and Kiely Williams. Although Symoné was featured in the film series, she was never actually included as a member of The Cheetah Girls.
After releasing only two studio albums, The Cheetah Girls disbanded in late 2009 following the release their third soundtrack album, One World. Together with The Cheetah Girls, Bailon released a total of five albums, three of them being soundtracks, and two being studio albums.
In 2003, Bailon starred as Chanel Simmons in the Disney Channel Original Movie, The Cheetah Girls. Bailon later reprised her role in the film's following two sequels, The Cheetah Girls 2 and One World.
