"A Galactic Goodnight" is the twenty-fifth episode of Little Einsteins. It premiered on August 14, 2006.

Synopsis[]

The team is having a sleepover in the Rocket Room and they show their own methods on how to fall asleep. Leo turns on his baton nightlight, June spins around, Quincy hugs a blanket with instruments on it, and Annie sings herself a song.

They all fall asleep but then they suddenly hear something and notice that Rocket is unable to fall asleep. Even their own attempts to make him sleep don't work, so the team decides to go to outer space and count the planets to help Rocket fall asleep. Annie makes up a song about counting the planets. After they count the planets, Rocket finally falls asleep and the team flies him very quietly back to the Rocket Room.

Trivia[]

  • This episode was aired just one week before Pluto was reconsidered as a dwarf planet.
  • This and "The Christmas Wish" are so far the only episodes to have piano solo music. "Humoresque No. 7" was featured in "Melody the Music Pet" and "Rocket Soup", but played by an orchestra.
    • For some reason, this episode never aired in Australia again after Playhouse Disney was upgraded in June 2007.
