ABC Studios is a television production company is a division of the Disney-ABC Television Group. It was founded in 1985 as Touchstone Television, but was rebranded in 2007 to its' current name. It currently produces shows like Once Upon a Time. Prior to 2007 the company produced shows for various networks including CBS, NBC, and The WB, upon its re-branding it became the main source for ABC's programming. Though the company still co-produces Criminal Minds and Code Black with CBS. It also co-produced Grandfathered with Fox.
