From The Unofficial DisneyWiki

"it's a small world" is an attraction at all five Disneyland-style parks around the world, best known for its catchy theme song, written by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman.

It premiered at the 1964 New York World's Fair on April 22, 1964 at the Pepsi-Cola pavilion. After the fair ended on October 17, 1965, the show was dismantled and moved to Disneyland along with Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln and Carousel of Progress.
